These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dogwagg.com and our services, provided by DOGWAGG.com ("Dogwagg", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Dogwagg, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be above 13 years old to use Dogwagg. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your details secure. Let us know promptly at info@dogwagg.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Community rules and acceptable use
Dogwagg is a friendly community. You agree to: be respectful to other members and their dogs; keep posts relevant to the board you're in; and not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or harmful. You agree not to: spam or advertise without permission; harass or impersonate others; scrape or misuse the service; or attempt to break or interfere with the site's security.

4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Dogwagg a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display your content so the service can operate. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or our community rules.

5. Professionals and verification
A verified badge indicates a professional whose identity and credentials we have checked where possible. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Information on Dogwagg, including from verified professionals, is general and is not a substitute for advice from your own vet or a qualified professional. Always consult a professional for advice about your dog.

6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our community rules, or where necessary to protect the community. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep Dogwagg available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on Dogwagg is veterinary, medical, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dogwagg is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on content posted by members. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms we will update the date above and notify members within the app. Continuing to use Dogwagg after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the international laws.
