How do I add my dog?
Once you're signed in, choose “Add your dog,” give them a name, and upload a photo. You can add more details and more dogs any time from your profile.

How do I post in a board?
Open any board from Categories, then start a new topic or reply to an existing one. Some boards are limited to verified professionals or staff — those are marked.

What does the verified badge mean?
It marks professionals (vets, trainers, breeders, rescues) whose identity and credentials we've checked where possible. It is not an endorsement, and it doesn't replace advice from your own vet.

How do I report something?
Every post has a report button. Use it if you see spam, abuse, or anything that breaks our community rules, and our team will review it.

How do I change my email or password?
Open your account settings. You can update your email (you'll confirm the new address) and change your password there.

How do I delete my account?
Contact us at info@dogwagg.com and we'll help you close your account and remove your data.
